PAYMENT TERMS

• Reservation Fee:

• P1,000 for the Couple Package

• P2,000 for the Family Package

• Voucher is valid for 3 months from the reservation date, so guests can use it anytime within that period.

• Packages are for one-night stays, with the option to book additional nights if desired.

• Payment Schedule:

• 50% payment is required 1 month before your scheduled stay.

• Full payment must be settled 1 day before arrival.

• Additional Terms:

• No Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable to secure the best rates and availability.

• Rebooking: Rebooking is allowed within the 3-month voucher validity, subject to availability.

• Last-Minute Use: For last-minute bookings, a 10% surcharge will apply. Guests must inform us at least 2 days in advance to allow for package preparation.

• Transferable Voucher: Vouchers are transferable and can be used by other guests if the original holder cannot make it.
